- Kempiskan, timbang sesuai selera (saya @50 g, tapi sebaiknya @100 g), bentuk bulat, taruh di loyang, tutupi plastik,, diamkan sekitar 60 sd 90 menit (saya lupa ambil gambar, jadi pakai foto lama).
- Selama menunggu proofing, aduk sampai rata semua buat bahan glaze..
- Setelah roti matang, dinginkan, belah jadi 6 atau 8, tapi jangan sampai putus, saya cuma belah 4 karena roti terlalu kecil, juga masih pertama kali praktek, takut roti hancur, hahahha, isi dengan cream cheese di bagian belahan..
- Beri bahan glaze,dengan cara balikkan roti dan masukkan ke dalam bahan glaze,sampai tertutup rata, oven lagi selama 10 menit, jadi deh, hmmm.....nikmat.....
- Ini foto prakrek kedua, sdh mulai cantik, adonan roti @75g, jadi 12 biji, saya belah jadi 6, paaas banget dengan isian dan glaze nya..
