- Bunda butuh Bread.

- Siapkan 4-5 siung bawang putih cincang.
- Siapkan 1 sdm chop parsley (dry/fresh).

- Di dalam bowl, campur cream cheese, gula dan whipping, aduk rata, lalu masukkan ke dalam piping bag.
- Setelah 1jam resting, kempiskan adonan dan uleni sebentar, lalu bulatkan adonan dan bagi menjadi 4 menggunakan scrapper, lalu bulatkan tiap adonan dan letakkan pada baking tray, resting lagi 30menit, lalu panggang dengan suhu 180derajat C, selama kurang lebih 20menit(sesuaikan dengan oven masing).
- Untuk bahan glaze, tim butter sebentar hingga leleh, lalu masukkan telur, madu, skm, parsley dan bawang putih cincang, aduk hingga rata, sisihkan.
- Setelah roti matang, dinginkan terlebih dahulu, baru belah roti menjadi 6-8 bagian, isi sela-sela roti dengan isian creamcheese, bisa di tambahkan smoked beef, lalu celupkan roti ke dalam adonan glaze sampai rata, letakkan di baking tray lagi, dan panggang dengan suhu 160derajat C selama 10menit..
